This boiler is industrial "D" type water-tube steam boiler or water boiler, Dual drums nature circulation, water tube gas boiler,water tube oil boiler, water cooling wall steam generator :
Characteristics of the product:
1. 1.The burner and the PLC be imported from Germany and Intaly, Fuel combustion can achieve automatic adjustment.
2. Rated Evaporation: 4-100Ton/hr
3. Safe burning condition, low gas blackness,internation Emission standard.
4. Power oil conserving. 24 Hours working life. Low noise
5.Boiler can achieve automatic temperature control & pressure control & feed water control & feed fuel control & safety indication .We also freely supply you a set of inner parts of Electric controller for standby.
6. Boiler with stainless cladding, Rockwool insulation, save enery high efficiency.
7.Full water wall construction ensuring min refractory
8.Large top and bottom drum for easy for maintenance access.
9.Access doorway into the boiler furnace for inspection and cleaning
10.Fully sealed and pressure tested outer tube walls to prevent exhaust gas leakage
11.Multi furnace viewing ports.
12.SGS or BV inspection through whole manufacturing progress, and long-term service after sale.
